CES4Kids
CES4Kids Participation Process
CES4Kids - The project
CES4Kids aims to provide children and youth with a direct involvement experience in the co-creation of mobility planning while also allowing cities, academics, and industry actors to collect vital data and knowledge about their mobility habits to build more suitable solutions for them. Through the Citizen Engagement digital platform, the project will include the creation of educational content for use in the classroom, hands-on learning activities, and awareness-raising events, as well as the elaboration, debate, and prioritization of proposals for improving public space and mobility services. In parallel, workshops will also act as testbeds for innovative mobility solutions aimed at enhancing daily transportation to schools and speeding up social acceptance of the transition. Finally, CES4Kids will provide a communication technique as well as a set of tools and processes that will be distributed to schools and public institutions, supporting EIT UM in expanding its reach and impact.
