Today, 2050 agenda towards "zero emission" of human activities suddenly raises the question of its future as a means of individual travel. We no longer speak of the automobile but of mobility. Prototyping and testing of new innovative concepts of intelligent transport systems is made accessible for start-ups in incubators including students during their training. The democratization of open Hardware, open SW, 3D prototyping, access to mobile internet and cloud and smartphone terminals are part of the maker’s workshop.
