Hello! What most impressed me about the British Airways Stockholm Office was just how proactive its staff was. They double-checked our booking arrangements, went through baggage rules with us, and even offered really useful travel tips. Such terrific service is difficult to come across, but they really did all they could to ensure that things went smoothly!
