In order to verify trip information for my parents, who are not tech-savvy, I visited the Qatar Airways Auckland Office. From reconfirming meals and seats to checking travel insurance, the staff was extremely patient and guided us through every step of the process. They called us a few days later to make sure everything was well and printed everything out in large type for my parents. These days, that kind of care is uncommon! It was a really good experience that brought comfort to our family. For tourists like us, having a local office with such committed employees is a big benefit.
