If customers are unable to cancel their flight within the timeframe specified by the Southwest Cancellation Policy, they may still be eligible for a refund if their flight is canceled or rescheduled by Southwest. In these cases, Southwest will provide customers with either a full refund or the option to rebook their flight at no additional cost. Customers can also request a travel credit that is valid for one year from the date of the original purchase.
