I recently visited the Turkish Airlines Toronto Office and must say that my experience was fantastic. The staff was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. They helped me modify my flight and gave me a thorough rundown of all my options. I was amazed at how well they functioned, and the atmosphere was cozy. Such dedication to client service is admirable. I left the office feeling more safe about my travel plans and totally happy. Turkish Airlines certainly lives up to its reputation, and the Toronto crew deserves praise for their excellent service.
