I visited KLM Airlines Columbus Office a few days back with a brief query regarding my flight in the near future. The branch was situated within the airport itself, making it easy to locate. The employees were polite and prompt in addressing my inquiry regarding the visa needed for my layover in Amsterdam. I was impressed with their level of knowledge and how expeditiously they replied to all my queries. The office is compact but tidy, with sufficient seating for customers who might have to wait. Although there isn't a direct contact number for the Columbus branch, I was able to contact KLM's general customer service line and got transferred to the correct department without any problem. Overall, my experience was excellent. The helpfulness and professionalism of the staff made me feel at ease, and I departed with all the information I required for my journey. It's comforting to know there's a KLM office at the airport available for last-minute queries or assistance, particularly before an international flight. Would definitely go back!
