🛠️ How It Works
The programme consists of two online modules and an in-person site visit in Rotterdam. Participants will work on a real-life case study from their city, culminating in a final presentation of their engagement strategy.

💻 30/09/2025 – Module 1 – Overview of Citizen Engagement Methods
📍 06 - 09/10/2025 - Module 2 to 4 - Co-Creation Workshops, Storytelling and Evaluating Pilot Projects With Citizens
💻 14/10/2025 – Module 5 – Behaviour Change Through Nudging
💻 21/10/2025 – Final Presentations

📌 Participation Requirements
Participants must:
✔ Work in a public authority (e.g., in a mobility department, EU project office, smart city division, etc.)
✔ Work in one of the EU Member States, or a Horizon Europe Associated Country or Outermost Region
Programme Fees
💰 Standard Fee: €1,200 per participant, which includes accommodation and most meals in Rotterdam. The participant will also need to pay their travel costs (plane/train/etc.) to Rotterdam.
10 Scholarships (fee waivers) are available for participants from Regional Innovation Scheme (RIS) countries are eligible to apply for a competitive scholarship covering the full programme fee.
